I wish my lips were that perfect

It's sad that we do not have a fountain of youth. 

But in her day, she was close to perfection.

I love her style too. She has a hippie vibe but at the same time seems to be sophisticated and sexy. 

To me, I feel like she's one of those icons that just fizzled away. If she had died young I'm sure we'd idolize her but since she grew old she's just sort of forgotten. 

My recent findings at Good Will

Having a lack in funds is NOT the way I want things to be :)

There are so many wonderful clothes that I want for this spring/summer.

I keep going to the Good Will store in hopes to find great new things which are cheap. 

Yesterday I went and bought these wonderful wedges with black straps that wrap around my ankle. 5.99! They were nine west. They are a bit big, but I can not seem to find the kind of wedges which I want for this season. Those that are very tall. I hate small heels. I couldn't leave them. I had to buy these and I am so glad I did. I also bought this cut little black purse for 2.99! I love bargains.  Maybe I'll post a photo of what I bought soon!

I am not big on labels. As long as it's something cool and interesting that I like. 

Although there is nothing wrong with having a few designer duds. Hopefully I'll add some into my collection of clothes, very soon :)

I am not some famous actress. Only a girl who with HIGH hopes to make it to red carpets some day. I am not interested in celebrity. I am interested in telling stories which other wise would never be told if there were not people like me. Pay me don't pay me. Whatever. I love what I want to do, what I do and I wouldn't trade it for all the jewels in the royal crown. 

This web series isn't a romantic comedy it's not a stupid comedy. It's for the  lovers of art. The comic book types. 

There was so much dedication put into all of this.

Inspirashion from a simple few

There is no era I love more than the 60's. I love The Mamas and The Papas. (Thanks mom for the influence) Michelle Phillips is, to me, such an inspiration. She's simple but any one who can pull of a baret is perfect. 

Mary Kate could wear a trash can and have twenty other people the next day wanting to do just that. I am so glad my generation has The Olsen Twins as fashion icons. Some people may not agree but they are uber intelligent and some of the best designers/trend setters since the 60's. Love those trolls :)

I can not even begin to say how much I adore Marilyn Monroe. Ever since I was a little girl. She is so elegant. Such a time less beauty. Absolutely breath taking in every aspect that a person can possibly be. Not to mention she makes the 50's chic.

...creating chaos and uproar wherever she went. Divorced as many times as she married, she leaves only good wishes behind.

 

Why put off till tomorrow what you can do today

Let's not take life too seriously. Dress silly and frilly. Have sass and class. Love your body. Love your life. 

There are things to be had and done TODAY. Everything is in the yesterday and there is NO way for you to fix that which has passed.
